Door Serv Pro in Inwood, WV is seeking a high-energy sales professional with technical skills for the garage door industry. In this role, you’ll install, repair, and maintain doors while delivering 5-star customer service and building trust with homeowners and businesses.

Training wage $23-25/hr, then commission earning potential $100K–$125K per year; background checks and pre-employment screenings; 7 days a week operation from 7am to 8pm.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Garage door systems experience is a plus; training provided.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial garage doors and openers.
• Deliver 5-star customer service with empathy, communication, and professionalism.
• Document your work with notes, diagrams, and photos that support team efficiency and future visits.
