What You’ll Do

• Install and replace custom garage door systems and components
• Repair residential and commercial doors and openers
• Troubleshoot and program garage door electronics
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
• Install and configure motors for residential and commercial use
• Deliver top‑tier customer service
• Operate scissor lifts (training and certification provided)

What We’re Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings energy, integrity, and a team‑first attitude. You should be:

• Mechanically inclined with 5+ years in construction, mechanical, or related fields (preferred)
• Comfortable with hand and power tools
• Eager to learn and grow in a skilled trade
• Dependable, safety‑conscious, and service‑driven
• Able to lift 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation is required

Your Path to Success

• Full‑Time Hours: 40+ hours/week, with paid overtime (average 45–50 hrs/week). On‑call requirement for one Saturday per month
• Training Pay: $20–$25/hour during training period
• Post‑Training Pay: Fully commissioned, $80,000+ per year (based on performance and efficiency)
