Qualifications

• Must have mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix issues on-site.
• Strong communication with customers and ability to explain options clearly.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and installing garage door parts and equipment on-site.
• Educating the customer on repair options and outcomes.
• Sell service, repairs, and new equipment using a simple model and collect payment.
• Manage inventory and tools in your vehicle to service jobs.
