Job summary

Spilker Pacific LLC is actively seeking resumes for a garage door installer in Spokane, WA. This is a full-time, hourly position offering $21-$24 per hour with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for those with at least two years of garage door experience.

In this role you will lead and train new installers, manage materials and equipment for jobs, and ensure safety and quality standards on both commercial and residential sites. Expect regular site visits and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• At least two years installing garage doors on commercial/residential projects preferred.
• A valid WA driver's license (with a good driving record).
• Ability to lift in excess of 75 lbs.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Must pass a drug test, background check and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train new installers.
• Ensure there is sufficient and appropriate material and equipment on the truck to adequately complete the assigned jobs.
• Drive to and from commercial/residential job sites and unload garage doors materials at the job site.
• Clean job site daily after work is completed.
• Install doors and openers in accordance with company and manufacturers standards.
• Check work for errors and correct them if necessary.
• Account for material and time used on each job, and reports paperwork daily.

POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Hourly

PAY: $21-$24

LOCATION: Spokane, WA

Applicants who have at least 2 years of garage door experience may be eligible to receive a $3,000 sign on bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To lead and train new installers.
• Assures there is sufficient and appropriate material and equipment on truck to adequately complete the assigned jobs.
• Drives to and from commercial/residential job sites and unloads garage doors materials at the job site.
• Cleans job site daily after work is completed.
• Installs doors and openers in accordance with company and manufacturers standards.
• Checks work for errors and corrects them if necessary.
• Accounts for material and time used on each job, and reports paperwork daily.
• Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
• Other duties as assigned.
