QXO is seeking team members to install and service building products at customers' homes and on jobsites. The role involves indoor/outdoor work, exposure to weather, and a strong emphasis on safety and accurate inventory handling.

Candidates should have a valid driver's license, the ability to lift heavy loads, forklift and related equipment experience, and Spanish bilingual skills are a plus. Training and certifications are provided, with a customer‑first mindset.

Aufgaben

• Provide excellent service and installation to customers at homes and jobsites.
• Work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather.
• Verify order contents and maintain documentation (pick tickets, inventory sheets).
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE; keep work areas clean.
• Load and unload heavy material on/off trucks and assist with installations.

What you'll do:

• Work closely with teammates to provide excellent service and installation to our customers in their homes and on their jobsites.
• Work both indoors and outdoors with exposure to all weather conditions
• Verify order contents and maintain documentation (pick tickets, inventory count sheets)
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory.
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE
• Preserve safe and clean work environment by sweeping, cleaning, and organizing all areas.

What you'll bring:

• A valid driver's license in good standing and reliable transportation to work sites.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Knowledge of garage door installation experience a plus
• Experience operating forklift and other equipment including scissor lifts, and hand tools including drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred
• Ability to load and unload heavy material on/off truck, and to extend arms above head for prolonged periods of time during garage door installations.
