Responsibilities

• Install and service a variety of residential and commercial garage doors and related hardware.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess systems and determine repairs or replacements.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with garage door openers, springs, cables, tracks, and components.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation of doors and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards for installation and operation.
• Communicate with customers to explain procedures, diagnose problems, and recommend solutions.
• Provide accurate cost estimates for installations, repairs, and maintenance services.
• Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and inventory.
• Collaborate with sales team to offer technical expertise during consultations.
• Continuously update knowledge on latest garage door products and industry developments.
