Qualifications

• Must have mechanical aptitude and ability to read job notes and safety diagrams.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Physically able to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders and use basic tools.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with tablets/tech tools is a plus (ServiceTitan is a bonus).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair garage doors for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Perform thorough inspections and ensure safety codes are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
• Maintain accurate job records—notes, photos, diagrams—for operations and follow-up.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Recommend products and upgrades to meet customer needs.
• Uphold the company reputation for safety, integrity, and service excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality garage door installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers in the greater Cincinnati area.
• Perform thorough inspections and ensure all work meets safety codes and exceeds customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of jobs—notes, photos, diagrams—for smooth operations and follow-up.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Recommend products and upgrades where appropriate to best meet customer needs.
• Uphold our reputation for safety, integrity, and exceptional service.

What You Bring

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude; garage door experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and operate basic hand tools.
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using tablets and basic tech tools (ServiceTitan experience is a bonus).

Pay Range

$20—$25 USD
