Job summary

Varney Doors in Barboursville, WV is hiring a Garage Door Technician to install and service garage door systems from our Barboursville office. Expect about two systems per day, with hands-on training and field experience to grow skills while delivering professional, empathetic service.

What You’ll Do

Install and service garage door systems, with an expectation of 2 systems per day

Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-driven mindset

Learn and grow your skills through hands‑on training and field experience

Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all work performed

Follow safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and our customers

Ensure workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards

Collaborate with your team to improve processes and share knowledge

What You Bring
