Job summary

Garage Clothing Co. is hiring an Assistant Manager to support store operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive sales across in-store and digital channels.

You will help optimize inventory, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and uphold brand presentation. The role requires fashion passion, 2 years of management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Passion for fashion, outgoing personality and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations and provide leadership to optimize sales.

The Role:

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as the Assistant Manager is to assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the store operations, by providing leadership that optimizes sales results. You promote a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and traffic on the sales floor and through digital platforms. You play an important role in the day to day operations of the store. You contribute to optimizing inventory management, and to increasing sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining the brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards & directives in the store. You also contribute to the management of the inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eComm order fulfillment. You are an integral part of the success of your store!

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment
• Has passion for fashion, and displays an outgoing personality and passion for providing exceptional customer service
