Job summary

VPNE Parking Solutions LLC in Boston is seeking entry-level staff to deliver exceptional customer service at our parking facility. You will handle cash and electronic transactions, document activity, and maintain a tidy workspace while following company policies.

Strong English skills and reliability are required for daily interactions with customers. This role requires 18+ years old, the ability to pass a background check, and punctual attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older to apply.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to sit for extended periods and walk short distances.
• Ability to operate a computer and cash register.
• Count money and make change when necessary.
• Maintain a professional and polite manner.
• Adheres to VPNE’s attendance policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional experience for every customer.
• Process cash, credit, check, and validation transactions (based on location rates).
• Use provided radio for communication.
• Accurately document all transactions per company policy.
• Organize and account for all cash received and tendered.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace.

• Ability to process cash, credit, check, and validation transactions (based upon the location rates and requirements)


• Ability to use provided radio


• Ability to accurately document all transactions per our company policy


• Ability to organize and account for all cash received and tendered


• Ability to maintain an organized and clean workspace

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 3pm-11pm

Qualifications

Years of Experience: Entry Level

Language Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and written
