Job summary

RazerStore in Miami is seeking a Store Evangelist to be the first contact for customers, representing the Razer brand and delivering exceptional service across gaming products. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and help them choose the right gear while building lasting relationships.

This role requires at least 1 year in retail, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in gaming or electronics.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while attending to customers.
• Basic math and computer skills; knowledge of POS principles.
• Passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming products.
• Self-motivated with drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and recommending products.
