Job summary

the hive is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to fuel growth across our gaming channels. You will define and develop impactful social assets, bringing our games to life on TikTok, YouTube, and IG while collaborating with Brand, Community, and production teams.

You will help create cohesive content calendars, repurpose livestreams into engaging clips, and handle ad-hoc creative tasks, including voiceovers and social assets, to support go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• Must understand what works on gaming social channels and how to build engagement.
• Passion for content creation across platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, IG.
• Experience with in-game capture using OBS or equivalent software; Unity/Unreal capture is a bonus.
• Strong collaborative mindset; ability to bring teams together and coordinate across functions.
• Proactive and creative; able to spot trends and generate resonant content ideas.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in-person and remotely within a close team.

Responsibilities

• Showcase our games by creating engaging social content that excites audiences.
• Drive growth of social channels by identifying opportunities to increase reach and interaction.
• Create new content opportunities, exploring fresh formats and trends.
• Collaborate with Creative Services, Brand, Community and Influencer Relations to plan a cohesive calendar.
• Repurpose livestreams and existing content into clips for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, IG Reels.
• Support broader content creation tasks including voiceovers, game capture, and social assets.
