Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, MN is seeking a Table Games Scheduling team member to coordinate daily staff schedules, maintain sign-in sheets, and ensure shifts are properly staffed. This role supports payroll edits for hourly staff and handles time-off requests and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels and communicate staffing levels to supervisors.
• Edit payroll for hourly department team members.
• Process time-off requests and schedule/status changes; ensure paperwork is accurate.
• Maintain attendance and variances; keep scheduling documentation up to date.
• Prepare and maintain daily sign-in, call-in, and early-out lists.
• File and maintain team member paperwork.

Job Overview: Coordinates staff scheduling through the preparation and maintenance of sign-in sheets, call-in sheets, and early-out lists to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed. Tracks attendance, files and maintains scheduling paperwork, tracks and files variances, and performs payroll edits. Part-Time or Full-Time Opportunities available.

Illuminate Your Future: What You’ll Do

• Coordinates daily scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels. This includes adjusting staff schedules due to team member absences or shortages and placing unassigned team members to appropriate workstations. Communicates staffing levels to supervisors and managers.
• Edits payroll for hourly department team members.
• Responds to team member inquiries and processes department paperwork, such as requests for time-off and schedule and status changes; ensures all paperwork is accurate and properly processed.
• racks attendance and variances. Maintains documentation.
• Prepares and maintains the daily sign-in, call-in sheet, and early-out lists.
• Files and maintains team member paperwork.
