Job summary

This position supports compliance with state gaming regulations and the property’s policies. Compensation is $18.00 per hour and the role requires a high school diploma, two years in a financial setting, and Virginia Racing Commission license plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience in a financial setting.
• Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• A combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Must obtain and maintain valid Virginia Racing Commission License.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile gaming and non-gaming areas according to procedures and related reports.
• Plan and implement an audit schedule to ensure coverage of all operations.
• Verify soft count deposits.
• Assess compliance with internal controls and report findings.
• Communicate with departments to ensure documentation is correct and complete.
• Identify discrepancies with Revenue Audit Manager and recommend solutions.
• Ensure compliance with state gaming regulations and property policies.
