Job summary

GameStop is hiring at our Lakewood, CA location for a role focused on guest service and store operations. You will greet guests, assist with gaming needs, inform them of promotions, and process purchases and returns via POS with accuracy.

You will support merchandising, inventory control, and adherence to store policies, while promoting GameStop’s loyalty programs and special services. A team-oriented, flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and assist guests with gaming needs.
• Process guest purchases/returns using POS system accurately.
• Promote guest benefits and loyalty programs.
• Assist in maintaining store visuals, inventory, and daily operations.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and shift coverage are followed.
