Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service, including greeting guests and assisting with purchases.
• Support the total shopping environment and current sales initiatives.
• Process guest purchases and returns using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Promote guest benefits like new title reservations and trade-in programs.
• Assist the Store Manager in setting expectations and training associates.
