Responsibilities include advising on regulatory compliance, drafting motions, and managing discovery in state and federal courts, with exposure to consumer class actions and mass arbitrations.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academics.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–6 years of substantive experience in technology and gaming law.
• Experience handling regulatory issues and litigation, including consumer class actions and mass arbitrations.
• Experience with state AG and Gambling Commission actions and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Advise gaming industry clients on regulatory compliance and litigation.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs in state and federal courts.
• Manage discovery processes including depositions and document reviews.
• Oversee litigation strategies for consumer class actions and mass arbitrations.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear, practical advice.
