Job summary

Arrow International, Inc. is hiring for a hands-on assembler to support the backbone of our gaming hardware. Our products rely on meticulously built wiring harnesses, power packs, and electrical sub-assemblies, and you’ll thrive on precision, safety, and craftsmanship on the production floor.

This is a non-union, 1st shift role with Monday–Friday hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with overtime available. You will read drawings, assemble, solder, test with multimeters, and help maintain 5S and safe

Qualifications

• Reading drawings, schematics, checklists, and written procedures.
• Detail-driven, quality-oriented, reliable, and safety-focused.
• Collaborative approach and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Translate procedure checklists, assembly drawings, schematics, and written instructions into flawless builds.
• Fabricate and install wiring harnesses and power packs to spec.
• Assemble electrical sub-assemblies and ensure conformance to safety standards.
• Use soldering irons, multi-meters and hand tools effectively.
• Protect equipment and materials and follow proper tool usage.
