PeopleAnswers, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Support Associate in Temecula, CA to assist in examining gaming materials, verifying outcomes, and upholding regulatory controls. The role supports investigators and uses specialized software to ensure compliance with gaming regulations.

The position requires a PGC Class A Gaming License, 1 year of related experience, and the ability to travel locally and nationally. Shifts include days, evenings, and nights; applicants must be 21 or older.

Competenze

• One year experience and/or training in a similar position.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current PGC Class “A” Gaming License is required.
• Must be able to travel locally, regionally and nationally for trainings/events.
• Shifts include days, evenings and nights; must be 21+.
• Background, credit and drug screening are required on hire.

• Assist with examining, evaluating, and monitoring controlled materials including gaming software and equipment.
• Support investigative efforts to ensure adherence to regulations and internal controls.
• Assist with verification, control, testing, and auditing of materials.
• Assist in using specialized software to ensure gaming operation compliance.
• Assist with verifying jackpot outcomes and related documentation.
• Assist with gaming machine installations and associated documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
