Job summary

Ironbird Creations in Cracow is seeking a Brand Manager to lead marketing analyses, roadmap creation, and brand strategy for our fast-paced, combat-focused games.

You will partner with development teams, monitor market trends, and coordinate with external agencies, while aligning with executives and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases. Polish native with English proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in game development marketing.
• 2+ years in marketing roles, preferably for games.
• At least one Premium indie title on your account.
• Knowledge of major platforms (Steam, Xbox, PS, Switch).

Responsibilities

• Prepare Marketing Analyses and Sales Forecasts.
• Create reliable Marketing Roadmaps.
• Establish Brand Summaries and Blueprints for products.
• Collaborate with Internal Departments to administer marketing processes.
• Form partnerships with External agencies.
• Foster relationships with developers.
• Track KPIs and ROI.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
