Qualifications

• No casino experience required; ongoing paid, comprehensive training on gaming, leadership, and customer service.
• Ability to monitor card games and verify payouts.
• Willingness to work weekend and late-night hours.
• Minimum age 18 and ability to pass background/credit check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor casino card games at live tables, verify payouts, calculate bonuses, and regulate rules.
• Provide client & customer service and maintain a positive gaming atmosphere for guests and coworkers.
• Support training and development initiatives as part of the role.
