Job summary

A local arcade in San Juan is seeking an experienced arcade manager to oversee operations and lead a team of attendants. Cash Handling and Inventory:

• Assist in managing cash registers and handle financial transactions, including ticket sales and arcade game tokens or cards.
• Maintain accurate records of cash flow and report discrepancies to the Arcade Manager.
• Help with inventory control, including restocking merchandise, tokens, and arcade supplies.

Maintain Equipment and Facility:

• Monitor the condition of arcade machines and report any issues that require maintenance or repair.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve major mechanical problems or breakdowns.
• Ensure the arcade’s facilities (restrooms, seating areas, etc.) are kept clean and in good working order.

Support Management:

• Assist the Arcade Manager with daily tasks, including planning promotions and events.
• Implement company policies and ensure staff adherence to rules and procedures.
• Step in to manage operations in the absence of the Arcade Manager.

Reporting and Administrative Duties:

• Prepare reports on arcade performance, including attendance, revenue, and customer feedback.
• Help monitor operational costs and suggest improvements for increased efficiency.
• Assist in preparing daily opening and closing procedures, including securing cash and assets.
