Job summary

Testronic Inc. in Kenner, LA seeks a contract Technical Trainer to deliver an in-house ISTQB CTFL–level training program focused on Games Quality Assurance Testing. You will guide groups of up to 15 employees using diverse delivery methods during late July through August 2026, with a possible extension through November.

You'll assess learning through exams and post-training evaluations, maintain attendance records, and partner with HR and QA to ensure training outcomes meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Trainer, Corporate Educator, or similar role.
• Strong foundation in Quality Assurance testing methodologies (ISTQB CTFL level equivalent).
• Ability to teach and maintain focus for groups of about 15 participants.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and varied instructional techniques.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kenner, LA during regular business hours (10:00 AM–5:00 PM CDT).
• Availability for late July–August 2026 with potential extension.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an in-house Games QA training program aligning with ISTQB CTFL standards.
• Present two sections (5 modules each, 1 hour per module) to 15 employees.
• Develop post-training evaluations to measure knowledge and program effectiveness.
• Provide feedback on trainee progress and exam performance.
• Maintain attendance and performance records; collaborate with HR/QA Managers.
