Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Games Operator to create memorable guest experiences by engaging with guests at arcade games, keeping equipment clean and stocked, and handling cash and prizes with accuracy. The ideal candidate is energetic, attentive, and passionate about delivering fun moments for guests.

In this role you will greet guests, promote game play, enforce rules, and assist with opening/closing procedures while ensuring prize security and proper restocking.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Maintain a friendly, courteous and helpful disposition towards guests and fellow employees at all times.
• Encourage arcade game play and knowledgably answer any questions.
• Ensure games are cleaned, adequately equipped and ready for guest use.

• Maintain proper security of all prizes.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures
• Assist with transporting department deliveries from the warehouse to storage areas and the restocking of game prizes
• Receive cash and disburse change

THE JOB:

As a Games Operator, you will create unforgettable guest experiences through friendly service, engaging interactions, and a welcoming attitude. In this role, you’ll assist guests with arcade games, maintain clean and fully stocked equipment, handle cash transactions, and ensure fair play and prize distribution. This position is perfect for someone energetic, attentive, and passionate about delivering fun and memorable moments.

THE STARTING RATE: $13.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests and provide guest service
• Maintain a friendly, courteous and helpful disposition towards guests and fellow employees at all times
• Encourage arcade game play to guests and knowledgably answer any questions
• Ensure games are cleaned, adequately equipped and ready for guest use
• Enforce game rules and ensure appropriate prizes are awarded
• Maintain proper security of all prizes
• Assist in opening and closing procedures
• Assist with transporting department deliveries from the warehouse to storage areas and the restocking of game prizes

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience preferred
• Must be at least 16 years old required
