Job summary

Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux in Baytown, TX is hiring part-time Bussers to support a fast-paced, gameday dining atmosphere. You will help keep tables clean, reset dining areas, and assist servers to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring a winning personality, a positive attitude, and a teamwork mindset. Prior restaurant experience is not required but can be helpful; flexible hours fit student schedules and other commitments.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear and reset tables after guests depart.
• Assist servers by refilling water glasses, replenishing bread/condiments, and delivering items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including floors, chairs, and service stations.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest-facing areas, including outdoor areas.
• Ensure guest restrooms are clean, stocked and presentable, including checking paper products, soap, and overall cleanliness.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Ability to stand for 10+ hours
• Ability to work at a fast pace for at least 6 hours consecutively
• Ability to adhere to uniform guidelines
• Have reliable form of transportation
• Ability to memorize floor chart and table numbers
