The Escape Game in Denver invites energetic hosts to lead live game show experiences in a high-energy setting. You will introduce games, provide fun commentary, track scores, and celebrate winners while delivering memorable guest moments.

Training is provided; growth into leadership is possible. Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays at the RiNO Art District location, with opportunities for advancement based on performance and availability.

Role: Host at Great Big Game Show

Job Type: Part-time and full-time. Non-exempt, hourly.

Starting Pay:$20.50/hour. See pay increase opportunities below.

Career Path:

• Host: $20.50/hour
• Guest Experience Leader: $21.50/hour
• Assistant Manager in Training: $22.50/hour
• Assistant Manager: $23.50/hour
• General Manager: Salaried position.Potential bonus and salary increase opportunities with tenure. Salaries vary per location.

In the RiNO Art District in Denver, CO

Schedule:

Nights, weekends, and holidays required; number of hours and shifts available vary by season

Hours/Shifts:

We’re open 8am until after midnight daily. Shifts are usually 6-8 hours long; shorter or longer depending on business needs.

Physical Requirements:

Able to stand for up to 6 game shows per shift; lift 30-40 lbs; bend, crawl, and move around a live studio set

Experience Required:

None! We train you. Prior hosting, performance, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus.

The Role

Great Big Game Show Hosts are world-class hospitality experts who love people, thrive in high-energy, fast paced environments, and take pride in creating unforgettable guest experiences.

You’ll introduce each game, deliver fun commentary, track points, and ultimately crown a winning team, all while making every guest feel seen, celebrated, and included.

This is a guest-facing, performance-based role where energy, confidence, and care for others matter. Hosts set the tone for the entire experience, from the first introduction to the final celebration.

Operations & Team Support

• Use a host software to operate game shows in a studio
• Ensure studios are reset accurately and efficiently using setup sheets
• Maintain cleanliness of games and the facility
• Restock inventory and complete required reports
• Capture exciting guest moments and create and send highlight videos
• Maintain excellent time management to stay on schedule for assigned games
