Job summary

Art of Spin is seeking an experienced Producer to support the development of new titles. You will drive the production from concept to completion, collaborating with Product Owner, Designers, Artists, and Developers to create engaging experiences for a global audience.

You will shape game math, balance, and gamification systems, maintain GDDs and feature specs, and guide cross-functional teams through QA, playtesting, and final build sign-off. This role is on-site in Georgia.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in a Game Producer, Game Designer, or similar production role.
  • Experience working on at least one shipped title or game in active production.
  • Background in the iGaming industry — slots, crash games, or social casino — is required.
  • Familiarity with sweepstakes or social casino mechanics is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Game Design Documents (GDD): mechanics, UX flows, block diagrams, feature specs.
  • Define core gameplay systems — reel strips, line configurations, symbol sets, probability models, multipliers.
  • Write clear, concise game UI texts: rules, PayTable, tooltips, hints — with attention to social casino/sweepstakes language specifics.
  • Participate in UX/UI design and control integration quality.
  • Prepare the Initial Math Document and base mathematical model together with the math team.
  • Verify RTP, dispersion, and volatility in collaboration with mathematicians.
  • Participate in simulation analysis (thousands to millions of rounds) and support balance adjustments.
  • Contribute to reward curve balancing and in-game economy design.
  • Prepare style descriptions, visual references, and moodboards for each game.
  • Run regular review sessions with artists; provide structured, actionable feedback on concepts, renders, and animations.
  • Define animation requirements: triggers, states, timings — and verify final integration against spec.
  • Build and maintain a sound map: match audio events to game mechanics.
  • Deliver feedback to the sound designer and validate intermediate builds.
  • Verify correct audio integration in each build.
  • Design in-game meta systems: achievements, missions, levels, collections, leaderboards, daily activities.
  • Define progression logic, completion conditions, reward structures, and return loops.
  • Contribute to reward economy balance and progression curve math (XP, levels, requirements, rarity).
  • Integrate gamification systems into core loop and meta loop; configure triggers, conditions, and visual indicators.
  • Set tasks for art, UX, and sound teams: badges, medals, progress bars, reward screens.
  • Design dynamic events, seasonal activities, and time-limited mechanics.
  • Analyze QA feedback and testing data to improve mechanics.
  • Run playtesting sessions; translate findings into concrete product improvements.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends; bring insights into ongoing development.
  • Final quality check across art, animation, gameplay, and integrations.
  • Support the delivery process and participate in final build sign-off.
