Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas is seeking a Game Floor Attendant to ensure the arcade floor operates smoothly, assist guests with game-related inquiries, and keep machines clean and functional. You will help guests, explain rules, and maintain a fun atmosphere for all.

You will monitor machines, assist with ticket redemptions, uphold safety rules, and keep the arcade area organized. Prior experience in customer service and a willingness to work nights, holidays, and weekends are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school student or graduate preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with arcade games and attractions.
• Answer questions, explain game rules, and assist with any game-related issues.
• Monitor arcade machines to ensure they are in proper working order.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the arcade floor, including game machines, seating areas.
• Assist guests with redeeming tickets for prizes. Ensure the prize counter is well-stocked and organized.
• Monitor the arcade area to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
• Enforce safety rules and guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

Job Description

As a Game Floor Attendant at Es Vedra Cinemas, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the arcade floor, assisting guests with game-related inquiries, maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of arcade machines, and contributing to a fun and enjoyable environment for all guest.

Education & Experience

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
• Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motions
