With 5+ years in game design, you will collaborate with publishing leadership and cross-functional teams to balance innovation with development priorities across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a game designer in the games industry.
• Experience designing and shipping innovative or casual games across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven design expertise with shipped titles demonstrating complex, interconnected game mechanics.
• Experience creating end-to-end game experiences from concept to shipping.
• Experience working with third-party developers in a publishing/partner capacity.

Responsibilities

• Guide external developers to ideate, design, and launch casual games on Luna and Amazon GameNight.
• Design gameplay features for mass-market accessibility.
• Contribute ideas using runtime AI to personalize gameplay experiences.
• Manage multiple projects and collaborate across production, art, UX, and tech teams.
