Ideal candidates are friendly, team-oriented, and comfortable with basic math and multitasking. Prior restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, with availability to work varied shifts and maintain a high-energy guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (state minor laws apply).
• Prior experience in restaurant or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude and assist with seating.
• Bus tables, deliver food, follow FIFO, and complete daily tasks.
• Respond to guest concerns and know when to involve a manager.
• Engage guests to provide a personalized experience.
• Handle payments, cash drawer, and credit card transactions.
• Apply menu knowledge to suggest items, drinks, and promotions.
• Enter takeout orders accurately into the POS system.
• Bag takeout orders and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe cashier area and follow sanitation guidelines.
• Thank guests and solicit feedback on service quality.
