Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking energetic Bartenders in a fast-paced, game-day atmosphere. You will prepare drinks, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a clean bar while adhering to safety standards.

This role requires strong communication, reliable transportation, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. Work includes evenings, weekends, and some late shifts with competitive pay plus tips, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of bartending experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must obtain and maintain required food safety and alcohol service certifications where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Deliver friendly, fast, and attentive service to every guest.
• Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and ensure accurate stock.
• Verify guest age and comply with all alcohol service laws and policies.
• Practice safe food handling and responsible alcohol service.
• Process guest orders accurately using the POS system.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
• Help maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and bar area.
