Buffalo Wild Wings in Illinois is seeking a friendly bartender to deliver a personal guest experience by recommending drinks and food pairings during fast-paced game days. You’ll blend enthusiasm, detail, and knowledge of our offerings to engage Guests and drive loyalty.

You must be 18+, hold BASSET (on premise) and Food Handler’s licenses, have reliable transportation, and be able to work past 12 AM in a lively, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience of at least 6 months.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• BASSET certificate (on premise).
• Food Handler's License.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and guest-driven.
• Reliable transportation and able to work past 12 AM.

Responsibilities

• Create a unique, personal Guest experience by recommending drinks and food pairings.
• Engage Guests with knowledge of sports and promotions to drive loyalty.
• Educate, entertain and engage Guests while maintaining a fast-paced service.
• Support promotions and team initiatives during busy game-day periods.
