Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking Alcohol Enforcement staff for WSU football games in Spokane, WA. Key duties include enforcing alcohol regulations, assisting with entry, scanning tickets, and guiding guests. Prior law enforcement or military background is preferred but not required; MAST certification is a plus.

Orientation and training are provided. The role offers flexible, part-time shifts with weekly pay. Candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma, and be able to pass background checks and drug

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug test required; may require Driver’s Record check.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Entrances: verify tickets, scan, and direct guests as they enter or exit the venue.
• Understand and apply policies and regulations of different venues, facilities and events.
• Greet guests warmly and thank them as you complete interactions at entrances or concourses.
• Provide guests with helpful directions or suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience.
• Maintain a friendly tone and clear, natural communication with guests.
