Job summary

Chicago Blackhawks Foundation seeks a part-time 50/50 raffle ticket seller to support home games at United Center. You will engage fans, explain the raffle, and strive to meet sales targets while embodying the team’s values.

This role requires availability for most home games during the season and a friendly, energetic presence in a fast-paced arena environment. Responsibilities include serving as a brand ambassador, maintaining safety, and contributing to the fundraising effort that benefits

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available to work approximately 4 to 4.5 hours per game, starting two hours before puck drop.
• Able to lift and carry 5–10 pounds of raffle equipment.
• Pass pre-employment background check and mandatory trainings.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a part-time, hourly, seasonal position aligned with home game schedule.
• Proactively drive raffle revenue by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Engage fans at the arena, explaining the raffle and encouraging participation.
• Commit to working a minimum of 30–35 home games per season.
• Maintain flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays based on game schedule.
• Represent the brand and provide an exceptional fan experience.
