Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Super Pickle Games is seeking a data-nerdy Game Data Analyst to turn gameplay data into meaningful decisions. You’ll work directly with founders, game design, live ops and UA to deliver rapid insights that influence what we ship next week.
You’ll own analytics end-to-end, from question framing to actionable recommendations, building dashboards, running AB tests, and ensuring data health across Firebase and BigQuery.
We make Beast Bumpers - a physics-based PvP brawler on iOS and Android. It's live, it's growing, and every match, event, offer and install leaves a trail of data. We're looking for a Game Data Analyst who can turn all of it into answers: what's working, what isn't, and what we should do next.
You’ll be the person who knows the numbers better than anyone. You’ll work directly with the founders, game design, live ops and UA. Dig in, find the story, push the decision. No layers, no month-long reporting cycles - your analysis lands on the table and changes what we ship next week.
Own analytical questions end to end - from a vague product or business question, through the analysis, to a clear recommendation.
Deep-dive into player data - retention, engagement, monetization, economy, PvP, player segments - and find the \"why\" behind the numbers.
Define, track and report the KPIs that matter for the game and the business.
Build and maintain dashboards the team actually uses.
Design and analyze A/B tests - and tell us honestly when a result isn't significant.
Pull and query data in BigQuery on top of Firebase events.
Support live ops and UA with cohort, funnel and LTV analysis.
Build and improve our data pipeline - from event tracking in the game, through Firebase and BigQuery, to dashboards.
Monitor stack and data flow health between services (Firebase, BigQuery, AppsFlyer, ad networks, backend) - catch broken events, gaps and discrepancies before they reach a report.
Build numerical intuition across the team - help designers and producers read the data on their own.
Shape how we do analytics - propose processes, standards and tools as the studio grows.
Use AI tools to speed up querying, analysis and reporting.
What good looks like: the team checks your dashboards before making a call, every A/B test ends with a clear decision, and you spot problems in the data before anyone asks.
4+ years in data or game analytics in mobile games, ideally live F2P titles.
Strong SQL and hands-on BigQuery experience.
Experience working with Firebase Analytics data.
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines (ETL/ELT, scheduled queries, data validation).
Experience with a data visualisation tool (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense) - building dashboards from scratch, not just viewing them.
Solid A/B testing and statistics fundamentals.
A critical, data-driven mindset - you question the numbers before you trust them.
Ability to explain findings to non-analysts and turn them into clear recommendations.
Practical know-how in using AI tools (e.g. Claude / Claude Code) in analytics work.
High initiative - you go looking for insights, not waiting for tickets.
Good English.
Modelling and prediction - LTV prediction, churn, forecasting, plus ML basics like regression, classification and clustering.
Python (pandas or similar), writing clean, reusable code and using Git.
Interactive data apps (e.g. Streamlit).
Experience with AppsFlyer / MMP data and UA analytics.
Basic programming knowledge in C#.
Terraform.
Degree in a quantitative field - maths, statistics, computer science, economics or similar.
Actually plays competitive / PvP mobile games.

Net B2B rate: 17000 - 23000 PLN / month
