Responsibilities

• Assist with the maintenance of general office and kitchen supply inventories.
• Aid in the shipping, receiving, and distribution of mail and packages.
• Ensure the pristine appearance of work stations.
• Support gallery openings and events.
• Work with the Gallery’s sales team.
• Prepare and update printed materials throughout the gallery.
• Support data entry and data review projects.
• Aid in the assembly of materials for exhibitions.
• Events support.
• Collaboration and support related to on-site events, both public and private, as well as exhibition openings.
• Special projects as requested.

This internship is expected to last approximately six months, beginning in mid‑September and ending at the end of March. The schedule will be 3–4 days per week from September through December and 5 days per week from January through March. The gallery is open Tuesday‑Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM, with additional hours for occasional evening events. All interns are paid LA minimum wage of $18.42 per hour. No lodging or commuting expenses will be provided.
