The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory is seeking a Content Specialist for the GAINS program. You will develop, oversee, and manage high-quality program content across required content areas, ensuring fidelity to the COMPASS Elementary and Middle school models.

The role requires travel to sites, working 5 days per week, and approximately 30 hours weekly. You will train, supervise, and coach Activity Specialists, Group Leaders, and Youth Workers, monitor program goals and quality benchmarks,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of youth development principles and structured content-based programming.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
