Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• CPA eligible preferred.
• Experience in attest services in a professional services firm is preferred.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
• Strong communication, client service, relationship building, and problem solving with initiative and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Process client data for GAAP financial statements, AUP, and special projects.
• Identify accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues per professional guidelines (GAAP/GAAS/PCAOB).
• Provide recommendations for business and process improvements based on client operations and objectives.
• Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with clients to provide superior service.
• Invest in professional development via training and networking events internally and externally.
• Assist with recruiting activities including campus recruiting and employee referral programs.
• Demonstrate teamwork, positive attitude and high ethical standards.
• Assist on compilation of Schedule of Federal Expenditures for clients.
• Travel is limited but may be required.
