Job summary

A & Associates, Inc. is seeking a competent Security Officer to undertake the surveillance of our premises and protection of staff and visitors. You will detect suspicious behavior and prevent vandalism, thefts or other criminal activity, while maintaining a calm, authoritative presence.

Must have already, or be able to obtain, an all-black suit by start date. Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring entrances, securing exits, responding to alarms, and submitting daily reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a security officer or guard.
• Familiarity with report writing.
• Great attention to detail.

A security officer must be well-trained in surveillance and dealing with perpetrators. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation. The goal is to help the company in maintaining excellent working conditions by keeping our facilities safe and problem-free.
