Job summary

Child Development Schools seeks a Georgia Pre-K Lead Teacher to oversee classroom activities in alignment with GA Dept of Early Care and Learning standards and the current GA Pre-K Curriculum. • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent plus related credentials.
• Associate's Degree in ECE or Diploma/Certificate in ECE as acceptable alternatives.
• Montessori MACTE or Preschool CDA credential is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GA Pre-K classroom activities and ensure compliance with GA Dept of Early Care and Learning standards.
• Design and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences across physical health, social-emotional, cognitive, and creative domains.
• Conduct regular progress assessments and tailor instruction to meet individual needs, including children with disabilities.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols and supervise child safety at all times.
