SilverSwing ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team in Georgia. The successful candidate will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise RBTs in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Full Time: 25+ Billable Hours

Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
GA LBA
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Live in or within 50 miles of the GA border
