Job summary

Pilot Assessments is seeking an experienced Captain to command the G650, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations for owners and passengers. You will lead a flight team, perform meticulous flight planning and weight-and-balance for each trip, and maintain high standards of service in line with company SOPs and SMS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM/TEM to ensure clear, timely communication in normal and abnormal operations.
• Ability to lead crew and coordinate with support teams.
• Strong risk management and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Hold final responsibility for safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations.
• Ensure crewing and trip assignments meet regulatory requirements.
• Perform flight planning, performance calculations, and weight-and-balance.
• Lead briefings using CRM/TEM to mitigate risks.
• Adhere to SOPs and coordinate with EJM support teams.
• Oversee aircraft readiness and maintenance status.
