Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aviation maintenance management or related field.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance and sustainment activities for the G550 fleet and its personnel.
• Ensure operational readiness and mission success of aircraft.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve aircraft performance.
• Apply deep knowledge of G550 maintenance to support operations.
• Analyze maintenance data to meet mission availability objectives.
• Fly on the aircraft as required for mission operations and testing.
• Ensure compliance with Flight and Ground Operations safety and regulatory requirements.
