Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd in API Panoli is seeking an Executive – Instrument Engineer to manage daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault finding of the plant's instrumentation and automation systems.

The role includes creating monthly IMTE calibration schedules, coordinating with external calibration vendors, updating drawings and manuals, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and QMS requirements. BE Instrument with 7-9 years of hands-on experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• BE Instrument degree required.
• 7-9 years of experience in instrument maintenance and calibration.
• Experience in calibration management and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Do daily routine maintenance, troubleshooting & fault finding of the automation system.
• Make monthly calibration schedule of IMTE and coordinate external calibration.
• Attend new installation, commissioning and documentation work.
• Update drawings, wirings, manuals, and data backup of established automation systems.
• Review SOPs and maintain EDMS records; participate in QMS activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Do daily routine maintenance, troubleshooting & fault finding work.
• Make monthly calibration schedule of IMTE and give to external agency for calibration.
• Follow monthly calibration schedule work with external agency and update related records as per received calibration report.
• Receive quotation, raise indent, follow-up with purchase department.
• Attend new installation, commissioning and documentation work.
• To Update drawings, wirings, manuals, data backup of established automation system and general items.
• Reduce budgetary cost by repairing faulty items.
• Try to well maintain o.k. & faulty IMTE with status tag and scrap non-repairable items.
• Ensure the calibration status and tag as per schedule activity.
• Get the calibration of master instrument by external agency and maintain certificates.
• To review, prepare & revise SOP in EDMS.
• To Perform QMS activity.
