EY is pursuing a six-month Government & Infrastructure Talent Accelerator Fellowship designed to accelerate career readiness through hands-on client engagement, coaching, and structured learning in New Orleans. You’ll build business, technology, and consulting skills while gaining exposure to cloud, data, automation, AI, and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed undergrad or 1-year master’s in a related field.
• Strong foundation in coding and analytics across listed technologies.
• Willingness to work fully in-person at a client site or EY office in New Orleans, LA.
• Reliable transportation and eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation and technology modernization initiatives for government and infrastructure clients.
• Collaborate with EY professionals on business processes, data analysis, and change initiatives.
