Primary Responsibilities

Assist with close out process
Compile and submit subcontractor pricing (after review by SPM/PM)
Lead Owner/Architect/Consultant meetings
Lead coordination and final coordination meeting on storm shelters if required
Complete coordination with major trades
Review subcontractors pay applications
Assemble owner billings
Assist with buying out subcontracts
Assist with putting together subcontract documents
Attend and help estimating during bid days
Base knowledge of project financials
