Marex is seeking a FCM Clearing Support professional in Chicago to provide operations clearing support for Futures & Options. You will monitor top day activity, coordinate with brokers, and ensure timely clearing while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role involves collaboration with IT, trade support, and back-office teams to resolve issues and manage risk, with a focus on reducing intraday margin calls and maintaining high standards of integrity and conduct.

Competenze

• 3 to 6 years of clearing experience.
• Familiar with Ion XTP Back Office, Ateo LISA, and Teo Clearing.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.
• Experience in regulated environment and risk/compliance.

• Ensure top day tasks are allocated, cleared, and accepted in a timely and efficient manner.
• Daily monitoring and problem resolution of exchange clearing gateways and third-party clearer file imports.
• Daily monitoring and problem resolution of downstream internal system feeds and process.
• Collaborate with brokers, assisting with all queries and requirements.
• Report any issues to back-office supervisor and clearing manager.
• Ability to work closely with IT and trade support groups, advising of system issues daily.
• Manage top day trade activity to reduce intraday margin calls.
• Efficiently manage correspondence through group mailbox, as well as personal email.
• Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges.
• Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
• Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values.
• To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility.

Role Summary

The FCM Clearing Support provides operations clearing support for Futures & Options. The role covers all top day activity including allocations, Give Ups, Give Ins, and constant monitoring of trade activity to ensure everything is clearing correctly.
