Webull is expanding its Futures Operations team and seeks a Director of Futures & Prediction Markets Clearing Operations. This role, based in Webull's Global HQ in St.

Petersburg, FL, leads the buildout of trading infrastructure including self clearing, routing and clearing integrations, and exchange connectivity while managing 24x7 operations. You will collaborate with compliance, risk and operations to ensure platform stability and drive trading workflow improvements across futures and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of front office and back office experience in a retail brokerage or similar trading environment.
• Extensive experience with Futures, commodities, and related trading markets and the full trade lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience building Futures trading infrastructure (self clearing, routing, clearing, connectivity, back office).
• Active Series 3 License.

Responsabilités

• Lead buildout of new Futures and Event Contracts products, functionality, and trading infrastructure.
• Manage all aspects of functionality builds for new products and infrastructure.
• Serve as primary contact for trading infrastructure 24x7, including routing, connectivity, and escalations.
• Oversee daily trading operations for Futures and Kalshi markets, ensuring readiness and stability.
• Coordinate with clearing firms, operations and risk teams to resolve trade issues.
