Uline is expanding its Reno operations and seeks candidates for an 18-month, hands-on warehouse management rotation. Begin with inbound/outbound rotation and advance through supporting departments, building robust warehouse skills, accuracy, safety, and performance. A forklift certification path is included throughout rotations.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified applicants; bachelor’s degree required; health insurance and 401(k) with a strong employer match start day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with multitask capability.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning.
• Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams including inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations.
