Qualifications

• Must have a passion for people and serving others.
• Strong character, initiative, and urgency in daily operations.
• Ability to coach and develop team members and run shifts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day high-volume restaurant operations.
• Provide immediate and respectful responses to Guests' needs.
• Train new hires and set the tone for a shift; be a role model.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, and count drawers.
• Communicate clearly, both written and spoken.
